Adriana is a co-founder of Shattering Ceilings and a full time Tech Support Specialist. In addition to working in Tech full time, Adriana is a blogger and specializes in content creation. She works full time as a Client Success Manager at rewardStyle and freelances on the side using numerous skills. Adriana is deeply interested in promoting the advancement of girls and women in STEM, and spends much of her time learning about how to become a better ally.

Estee is a co-founder of Shattering Ceilings and a Speech Pathologist at ORN, Inc. (Orthapedic and Neurological Rehabilitation) in Santa Cruz, California. She completed her undergrad degree at the University of Texas with a Bachelors of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Estee then went on to pursue her Master's degree in San Diego, California where she then completed her Masters of Arts in Speech Language Pathology. Most importantly Estee is passionate about helping girls and women participate in STEM areas of study, programs and professions.
